Mums Foundations is your launchpad into long-term health, strength, and self-confidence. This 6-week program is designed for māmā of all fitness levels and life stages — including those returning to exercise post-baby — and serves as the ideal segue into a sustainable, permanent training routine at Gritzone.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll gain unlimited access to all Gritzone-operated Mums sessions and selected 4:30 PM classes, giving you structure, flexibility, and support to achieve real results.
