Mums Foundations is your launchpad into long-term health, strength, and self-confidence. This 6-week program is designed for māmā of all fitness levels and life stages — including those returning to exercise post-baby — and serves as the ideal segue into a sustainable, permanent training routine at Gritzone.

 

Over 6 weeks, you’ll gain unlimited access to all Gritzone-operated Mums sessions and selected 4:30 PM classes, giving you structure, flexibility, and support to achieve real results.

Unlimited Training Access

Attend any Gritzone Mums and 4:30 PM classes during your program — as often as it suits your week.

Pēpi-Friendly & Māmā-Focused

Train in a safe, welcoming space where pēpi are welcome and every movement is designed with māmā in mind.

Online Support Group

Connect with other māmā in our private online space. Get regular tips, encouragement, nutrition advice, and accountability.

Scalable, Adaptable Workouts

Every session is tailored to suit your goals, fitness level, recovery stage, or injuries — so you’re always moving forward.
