GZ RUN CLUB
(INTERVAL TRAINING)

GZ Run Club builds aerobic capacity, pacing, and running technique in a supportive group setting. Structured sessions improve efficiency, endurance, and consistency for all levels.

Mayhem On-Ramp builds strength and confidence in a structured, supportive environment. Learn movement standards, terminology, and class flow before progressing into Mayhem CrossFit sessions.

GZ IGNITE 
(CROSS TRAINING)

45-minute HIIT Session. Functional movements; squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting. No complex Lifts. Sessions include Strength followed by high-intensity METCON conditioning & Core work.

Strength classes focus on the deadlift, bench press, & back squat, with targeted accessory work. Build raw strength, refine technique, and progress safely through structured, coached sessions.

Hybrid blends running with functional strength and conditioning in a race-style format. Designed to build endurance, power, and work capacity through structured intervals and repeatable blocks.

RYAN MARAKI
HEAD TRAINER

RYAN MARAKI:

Ryan has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a gym instructor, P.T, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Gym Operator. During that time he has had the good fortune to meet and train some amazing people and athletes. His focus is now on coaching and helping others to achieve their goals. He believes the best way to achieve your fitness goals is to focus on lifelong wellness.  Health, strength, fitness and an appropriate diet are key factors to good health longevity. He believes in setting realistic goals & celebrating success, no matter how small the wins may be. His young son is his motivation to stay healthy and active.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Physical Education (University of Otago)

  • Post Graduate Diploma - Athletic Conditioning

  • Sport & Exercise Science Major

  • Exercise Prescription Major
