  • Age groups are for placement and recognition only.

Do I need to be fit? No — just ready to give it a go.

Can beginners enter? Yes. Enter the Scaled division.

 

How many people per team? Teams of 2.

 

Do I need a team? Yes — this is a team-based event.

 

What if I don’t have a team? Message us and we’ll help place you.

 

How long does it take? Each team will have up to 60 minutes to complete the workout.

 

Can we split the work? Yes. Work can be shared as needed, but only one athlete works at a time.

 

What should I bring? Training gear, water, and be ready to work.

 

Are there prizes? Yes — top teams, age group recognition, and spot prizes.

 

Can people come watch? Yes — spectators are welcome.

 

Is there a limit on entries? Yes — limited number of teams. Once it’s full, entries close.
