CROSSFT
(CROSS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING) 

Training for movements that we can apply to our everyday life.  Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, & lifting.  Sessions include, strength/skill, METCON core & mobility components.

OLYMPIC LIFTING
CLUB

Olympic Lifting Club. Snatch, and Clean and Jerk lifting technique and strength development. If you're keen to learn Olympic Lifting, this classes caters to begnniners through to expereinced lifters.

GZ CIRCUIT
CLASSES

Classes types vary week-to-week. Class types include, Mini-sets; Circuit type; EMOM type; Partner-sets; Bootcamp style; and Crawl training. Classes have a light weight cardio and core focus.

EXPRESS 
(CROSS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING)

EXPRESS is the 45min shortened version of the Crossft Class.  Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, & lifting.  Sessions include, strength/skill, METCON  components.

FIGHT FITNESS 
SMALL GROUP P.T.

A combination of BoxFit and Kickboxing. A 45min session that works through cardio movements and kicking and punching combo's. No experience is required. Some gear is provided.

NGĀ TAIOHI TUPU
(YOUTH S&C ACADEMY)

Aimed at Taitamariki; these sessions are aimed at holistic development. Stregnth and Conditioning training as well as mental resilience and well-being. Young people will learn the basics of S&C training.  

GRITZONE 7 WEEK SHRED

BOOTCAMPS

The ‘Gritzone 7 Week Shred’ challenge is an exciting, motivating way to make changes to your health and well being.  It offers high level motivation and support via group cardio and strength challenges.  With balanced nutrition and personalised exercise guidance, the '7 Week Shred' really can change your life!

RYAN MARAKI
HEAD TRAINER

RYAN MARAKI:

Ryan has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a gym instructor, P.T, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Gym Operator. During that time he has had the good fortune to meet and train some amazing people and athletes. His focus is now on coaching and helping others to achieve their goals. He believes the best way to achieve your fitness goals is to focus on lifelong wellness.  Health, strength, fitness and an appropriate diet are key factors to good health longevity. He believes in setting realistic goals & celebrating success, no matter how small the wins may be. His young son is his motivation to stay healthy and active.
