FightFit is a structured 6-week kickboxing-based fitness program designed for everyday people — no experience needed. Whether you're a beginner, coming back to training, or just looking to move better and get fitter, this class will push you without overwhelming you. You’ll learn real combos, improve your conditioning, and train in a supportive, high-energy environment. This isn’t a cardio-boxing class with repeated 1-2s — it’s technique-driven, pad-based fitness that builds confidence and strength.

Flexible option for those who need attendance freedom. ✔ 10 FightFit classes. ✔ Valid for 12 weeks
✔ No long-term commitment. Ideal for those balancing busy schedules.
🔒 FightFit Add-On (Limited Members – $59)
For current 2x/week, 3x/week, or Semi-Private members. Add FightFit access to your membership for the full 8-week block.

Included as part of your Unlimited Membership.
